They don't have drilling equipment?

And if they leave the oil to spurt like that, they will be playing with their health and lives, because crude oil is not just extremely flammable, it can negatively impact the senses, especially the eyes and skin.

They will need experts to help them prevent these avoidable hazards.

First of all, the oil belongs to the government, irrespective of who owns the land.

Second, asking people to preserve oil for future use is bad advice.

When do you know that this future will come? What if it comes at the time that research has gone far into free energy, and oil is no longer in high demand?

I know it would be extremely hard for oil to quickly lose its high demand, but with the efforts being put into addressing global warming, it is only a matter of when before oil is relegated.
