Justice Chigozie Igwe of the Rivers State High Court has found Sodienye Mbatumukeke guilty of the murder of Chukwuma Eleje, one Jumia delivery agent.

Justice Chigozie Igwe also found Mbatumukeke guilty of armed robbery.

The accused persons Sodienye Mbatumukeke and Excel Naabee has been standing trial for two count charges of the murder of Chukwuma Eleje and armed robbery.

But Justice Igwe discharge and acquit the second defendant Excel Naabee of all di charges.

Justice Igwe also sentenced Sodienye Mbatumukeke to death by hanging till he die for the murder.

Remember they killed Chukwuma in March 2017, when he went to deliver items that was ordered online but later, Police recover his dead body inside septic tank (suckaway).
