Governor Sani Bello of Niger State has ordered the immediate closure of all the boarding schools in four local government areas of the state.

This is as a result of the abduction of students and staff of Government Science College, Kagara.

Gunmen had invaded the school in the wee hours of Wednesday, raiding hostels and staff quarters.

A student was killed during the operation that lasted for hours.

Addressing a press conference in Minna, the State capital, Bello ordered that boarding schools in Rafi, Munya, Mariga and Shiroro local government areas should be closed indefinitely.

The Governor of Niger State, Abubakar Sani Bello, has ordered the immediate closure of all boarding schools in the bandit ravaged areas of the state.

The Governor said the action is necessary to save the life of the students as the areas have already been taking over by bandits.

He said this after a brief meeting with heads of security agencies in the state at the Government House, Minna on Wednesday.

Bello also cried out to the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), to deploy all necessary mechanisms to help in containing the situation as it is now out of hand.

Bandits will soon overrun General Ibrahim Babangida residence in Minna.

A man that is on wheelchair now.

He had the opportunity to make Nigeria better but he spoil the economy.

The stone IBB threw on Nigerians are getting closer to his doorstep.

Rubbish....

Why not send the army after them like you did innocent citizens of Obigbo....

Buhari and his kinsmen think we are all fools.

Go ahead and pay ransom....

Tomorrow you pay again..

Any supporter of Buhari is a disgrace to humanity

Only in the North... How can a tribe be so primitive to the extent of destroying their own resources. which will be of benefit to them all in the future.

God please protect those children, so they can be reunited with their families.

Northern elites gave the cups to the monkeys by inviting and arming Fulanis from all over west Africa.
Even the ones causing trouble in places like Ghana were allowed and welcomed into Nigeria.

They were happy when the fulanis were killing people in Benue and plateau states. They never envisaged that their evil act of generosity to their savage and barbaric kinsmen would metamorphose into something sinister.

Fulanis are now kidnapping, raping and committing all sorts of crimes and all Buhari and his people are doing is to blame others without addressing the root cause of the security issues in Nigeria.
Nigeria is turning into a lawless Somalia.

Isn’t it time Buhari, Abdulsalami etc attempt to retrieve the cups from the monkeys?
