The Federal Government is set to borrow $1.2bn from the Dutch Bank and the Development Bank of Brazil to provide for mechanised agriculture in Nigeria. FEDERAL GOVERNMENT HAS NO BUSINESS WITH AGRICULTURE. Agriculture should be handled by each states of the federation. Northerners and their supporters are the people that are promoting this fraudulent systems of governance. |
