It was a beautiful day in the city of Ado-Ekiti on Valentine's day, last week Sunday, February 14th 2021 as the Coalition for the Advancement of Blissful Marriages (CABM) hosted Ekiti Couples from all strata of the society to a memorable and explosive dinner event at the Events Hall, Koltotel Hotels and Suites GRA Ado-Ekiti with the theme "Not the same person; Recovering and Rediscovering your spouse" in which the guest speaker and Marriage counselor Rev Funke-Felix Adejumo dwelt extensively on. She charged the couples to remain closely knitted to each other and not to allow even the children create a gap between them. The spiritual director/patron Rev Fr. Anthony Achebe (Cmf) took the couples down history lane on the sacrificial life of St. Valentine and encouraged them to be like Valentine. The highlights of the event included Re-proposal of spouse, Renewal of vows, Couples games which was anchored by the event MC and OAP Michael Ijasan (The Radio Elephant) of New Cruise 92.7fm, Kajola, Ikere Ekiti with an intercontinental voice.

The Crystalfeets Dance group led by Dooshima Ingya set the stage on fire with contemporary and cultural dance fireworks. The guests were treated to a sumptuous varieties of dinner which includes Chinese rice, Vegetable rice and chicken sauce, Ofada rice, Ofe nsala, Grilled Catfish and Croaker fish alongside deserts, cocktails, small chops and assorted wines etc.

One man band vocalist 02deprof from East of the Niger was on ground with beautiful renditions of old school RnBs while taking the couples down memory lane. DJ T-Modest sustained the tempo with beats that kept the couples dancing all through. The event witnessed the creme de la creme in Ado-Ekiti which includes Otunba Barr Sunday Ochayi and Erelu Ochayi, Hon. Richard Sikira, Mr and Mrs Gilbert Igweka MD/CEO GIGC group of companies, Mr and Mrs Tony Mbah MD/CEO ThonyKalyst Group of Companies, Chief Sir & Lady Alex Ndubuisi President-General Ohaneze Ekiti State (MD/CEO PatAlex group), and a host of CEOs and Captains of Industries too numerous to mention.
