I misplaced my Airtel and urgently need it

How do I go about retrieving my line?
Will I receive messages attached to the line?
Please I need help this is extremely important

2. NIN number
3. Means of identification e.g Voters card, international passport or driver's license
4. N1,000
5. 5 frequent called numbers
6. Last amount recharged
7. Year of purchase of SIM card
8. Mother's maiden name
