How can one explain a situation where u pay 4 ur DSTV subscriptn at their office long before its expiration & they still fail to reflect the payment when it's due on a weekend(thereby cutting you off in error) knowing fully well that their office will not be opened due to election restriction .What kind of dis-service is this & what
happens to the days you paid for that you were not given any service?.
This is really very annoying & to think that no one offers you any apologies when you notify them of these anomalies. Pschweeeeee,

Multi choice is under performing in customer service. The monopoly enjoyed by Multichoice should be broken because the services are getting worse by the day.
1. When you pay to renew subscribtion, you have to call 012703232 to notify Multichoice that you have paid sio that they can re-activate you. Now, the unacceptable thing here is that the number is not Toll Free, you payd for every second you spend on phone for a service that is supposed to be Toll Free, secondly, when your call goes through, multichoice palys you series of advert ranging from Big Brother Africa, to other services offered by Multichoice on DSTV, all on our money thereby wasting our time and money. Is it right that Nigerians should spend money calling Multi choice for a service that should be toll free as obtained in other countries. This was the case with GSM operation, but that God they were forced to provide customers with Toll free number via which people can lay complaints.
2. When you pay your subcription in advance hoping to be rolled over when the current subscription expires, it never happens, and when you call multichoice through out the day, you are told that the number is busy all day long.
Nairalanders, is this is right way to treat Nigerian customer who are also the largest maret for Multichoice in Nigeria.

I think it is high time we stood up against injustice in the market place ochestated by this South African country. It is high time the monopoly is broken.
I use this medium to clal on all Nigerians to boycott services offered by Multichoice and let us demand better treatment, toll free numbers so that when they play their adverts, we know we are not paying for it.

Nigerians! Stand up and demand your rights.
