FG has obligations to partner any state ready to build any port facility (like the ongoing Lekki seaport which is a state project under PPP and the proposed Ibom seaport as well as the Ibom Airport) but your state governor should be ready to shoulder responsibility. Simple.

Your wish over Lagos will always fail. Lagos had been successful before Nigeria and will be successful even after Nigeria, God willing.
What y'all don't understand is that some many factors are working for the prosperity of the state and such was the reason why it was successful as a commercial center when the respective Europeans discovered it.
Once again, nobody is holding ports from anywhere from functioning. Ibom is ready to build and the FG is supported them. LASG is already building in Lekki, so ask Calabar to build one too and stop wailing. Tell your governor to man up to his responsibilities and not turning his state's indigenes to sadists over another state/region developments.
Remember Ondo needs ports too. And the state is already courting investors; not waiting to wail to the FG over it. Now if they finally succeed and start work, you'll start another cry of FG focusing only on the South West states forgetting majority of presidents who have ruled Nigeria are not even Yorubas.
