if they believe they can sell their wears without their southern siblings then they their cattle should be able to survive without the southern grass.
the initial gìràgìrà, hope they ain't sending those things up those places to go decay rot away? Lagos alone is more than enough market for the entire northern produce, add portharcourt, then the entire south. bunch of unreasonable sour losers.

Benue transporting their foodstuffs to different states, are they not northern state? Same as Taraba and good people of plateau state.

What I read is that north blocked transportation of food to South west after their union had a meeting.

Is South west now the new name for South If we may ask?

They blocked their foodstuff, if you have oil block it from reaching them than shouting south up and down and dragging others enjoying relative peace to a communique that has nothing to do with them...

Stop wasting time Reacting , turn off the valve of the oil than shouting South to other regions who are sleeping against tomorrow's Sunday service because the gate of hell will never prevail against the church.

The northerners said they are blocking food supply to the SW, they didn't say SE or SS but the Yorubas want to entangle the whole South in the messy situation with the northern traders.
If the northerners had said South East we would have 25 topics on FP by now with different headings on the same issue telling us how Igbos lost the civil war and Igbos should leave Lagos as a solidarity song with the North

It’s better they should go to Niger and Chad

Now that they are diverting their food to Niger they had better divert their cows to Niger as well

Southern Nigeria have great farmers too, our farmers are ready to go into mechanized farming to produce farm produce in large quantity

But it’s the bastard herders that always destroys southern farmers farm and frustrate them after investing so into their farm an even still kill them.

This is just empty propaganda. The North can't block food stuff to the South.

They need the market for their own survival. Benin and Cameroon can't replace the market of the South.

I wonder why people are panicked.

What if the border is blocked, how do they sell to the people you mentioned? You blocked borders in the south while the northern borders were still operating. Let us see how the north can consume all that food. Abi when has it become a crime to ask people to leave the bushes and go rent houses like a normal human being does become a crime? Some people cant just face the truth

When they start bombing the oil pipelines, oil storage depot, and trucks loaded with goods destined for the North, then we will know who owns what.

This is just evidence that Northern politicians are stupid and dumb.

This is good on the long run because the South should now realise that the North cannot be relied upon and start making food contingency plan and also the agitation of resource control should be the priority of every southerner.

what is stopping them let them go. The only people that may be affected are the Yorubas , this is because they don't like farming that much, and the few that farm your terrorist brothers use their cows to destroy their crops and killed them if they talk. For us in the south what do we need from the north, is it yam? Rice? Oil? Meat? I know for sure this is an action that will be greatly regretted by the north.

Unfortunately the oil money belong to All Nigerians, and FFK doesn't have oil to stop it from coming to north, and Northerners uses Niger republic refine oil than the one from outside Nigeria.

The areas you mentioned are subsistence sufficient and export food items to Nigeria. Those markets are also less than a fifth of southern Nigeria's. Niger as a whole net exports livestock n food to northern Nigeria. Niger's entire Gdp is 10 bnl USD. The south's food bill alone is $5 bln Usd.

Pls stop deceiving ur self. And northern Camr is a dead region. Far North province exports down to Central (Yaounde) and South to Douala, Kribi etc. The actual Usd value of food bills across Cmr BFaso Niger and Chad is less than 600 mln USD. And in none of these networks are inputs or produce from Northern Nigeria used.

All the countries you mentioned feature 70 plus percent poverty rates and are classified as LIFD (low income food deficient) because tho they are subsistent, they cannot pay for high value fiber or proteins...... so I dont know where you got your so called conclusions from.
