All one would say is that if the government had dealt with the sars issue and also raised taxes to fund the police and really fought corruption we won't have been here.

Buhari and his government are to blame for this

From now on they will grow and eat their own food. This will now make southerners farm and own their own crops. NDDC please close all the petroleum pipes goingbto the north too, immediately. From now on no body should send anything to the north. Divided we stand. In fact start packing all the fulanis you see in sabo markets in the south and send them back to the north. They too should send us our people. Breaking the country is even easier than hoped for. They started it.
They will not shut down the crude cos all the top staff in nnpc na them them ie Fulani. We sef should block all fuel tankers from laagos to the North asap. Chase all northerners working in nnpc offices, npa etc

We remembered how we used to live as brothers as sisters in our darling nation with these same Fulani herdsmen.
The times we gave water and food to herdsmen journeying across the nation as they go on their business peacefully,
Just with their sticks for their cattles and kettles for their prayers.
May it never be well with troublemakers in our darling nation.
May it never be well with all evil herdsmen and all their sponsors, along with proscribed ipob terrorist organizations and any other persons, group or politicians sponsoring chaos and violence in our land.

No matter all manner of violence or chaos some devilish people are causing all over.

Nigeria is ONE and that IS FINAL.

This too shall pass.....

Hmmmm, this is deep and so emotional.
All of us @ can testify to this too.
This is what politics of hatred and bitterness can do to some evil people.
We remember the foot old days before our darling daddy took over in the name of change.

Now we have been changed!

Apart from crude, what does the south offer the North??, let them keep their oil, we will buy from Niger, after all the north was surviving even before the almagamation of the south and north. Who the south EPP.
God bless the northern oligarchs.

There was truly a country. So why are same northern oligarchs fighting against separation?

Don't you think it's better we just go our separate ways? Since South doesn't break anything aside from crude oil

We southerners will like to thank the north for this. We have been hoping you take your goods elsewhere, and stop spoiling market for the local farmers.

Imagine, an Hausa seller will not rent a shop. He will not rent a room to sleep in. He will sleep in the open space He will not send children to school and pay school fees.

All these shallow lifestyle makes him feel okay selling things too cheap.

Unlike the southern seller who lives a normal life of renting shop or stalls, proper rooms to live in, send children to private schools, etc.

So take your poor lifestyle elsewhere and stop spoiling business for people down south.

Now, our own farmers can increase their efforts on agriculture, knowing that northerners will no longer come to offer uneconomic prices for the same farm products.
the same way Buhari stopped rice importation and you opposed him, calling him all sort of names. make una fear God o!

the worst part of it is that they will leave their region and even countries because most of them are not Nigerians. Them carry their cattle down here to feed on our grass while their crops are left to grow. Then when we say acrry your cow to your place and feed on your own crops or build ranches for them, they want to blackmail is by blocking food from reach South. They should eat their food. Who withhold perishable goods and think he's doing the buyer? All their labour will be wasted. Everyone will adjust. I've not eayn beef since last year and Ive not died. We have chicken and fish in the market

One thing you need to know...all this is for politics sake.

Keep in mind our economy is based on the idea that we have a national cake and we have to share it among ourselves. And one of the best ways to get a big share of the national cake is by threatening tribal or religious war.

That's why I don't take the bigots on this thread or the Miyetti Allah bigots serious. Southerners may say that they can surivive without Northern Agric, but with a South that is highly dependent on imports....there would be more and more importation of food...and the SOuth would soon have to be taking loans to buy food.

Likewise, the North cannot get a good enough market elsewhere for its foodstuff. Is it from broke Niger, Burkina or Benin?

High time we gave up the bigotry and the bitterness. Nigeria is a contraption, but the alternatives are far worse.

You got it. I used to live at an area at Abule Egba some years back. It's not too far from katangwa market.
The area was ok then. But not too long ago,I went there for some stuff and my God,Hausa people have turned that place into something else!!! The place is such a big eyesore.....these northerners do their dirty stinking business and they don't rent places to live.... Go to Abule Egba and take a walk into the areas surrounding katangwa market and see for yourself.
The Lagos state govt is planning to push the igbos guys at computer village to this same eyesore katangwa!!! Can you imagine that!!!! And when the Igbo guys talk now,the yorubas will start saying something else. But now that the Hausa are there in the eyesore slum, nobody is saying anything

The south will surely survive...

But will the North survive when we fight back to stop them from benefiting from our crude?

Because, Buhari with no knowledge on petroleum made himself the minister of petroleum to control out crude..

Go to NNPC, they're all filled up with northerners....

By the time the south will fight back, this country will surely divide on it's own.

Read through the reason b4 u comment, do u know how many trailer to cow were set ablaze in shade?
