Time to take action. Ensure food security down south.

We southerners will like to thank the north for this. We have been hoping you take your goods elsewhere, and stop spoiling market for the local farmers.

Imagine, an Hausa seller will not rent a shop. He will not rent a room to sleep in. He will sleep in the open space He will not send children to school and pay school fees.

All these shallow lifestyle makes him feel okay selling things too cheap.

Unlike the southern seller who lives a normal life of renting shop or stalls, proper rooms to live in, send children to private schools, etc.

So take your poor lifestyle elsewhere and stop spoiling business for people down south.

Now, our own farmers can increase their efforts on agriculture, knowing that northerners will no longer come to offer uneconomic prices for the same farm products.
I thought I was the only one who noticed this there useless lifestyle.
come to Alaba Arago in Alaba Int'l market, see how they mess the place up, they anex that place without contributing anything to the local government.

From now on they will grow and eat their own food. This will now make southerners farm and own their own crops. NDDC please close all the petroleum pipes goingbto the north too, immediately. From now on no body should send anything to the north. Divided we stand. In fact start packing all the fulanis you see in sabo markets in the south and send them back to the north. They too should send us our people. Breaking the country is even easier than hoped for. They started it.

Not possible to block crude oil from going to the North. The Fulanis are in full control of crude oil. In 2023, vote wisely.

Apart from crude, what does the south offer the North??, let them keep their oil, we will buy from Niger, after all the north was surviving even before the almagamation of the south and north. Who the south EPP.
God bless the northern oligarchs.

I bet most southern people aren't even aware that crude oil was discovered in kalmari village in bauchi state, the federeal government and NNPC quietly prospected, drilled and capped the well head and sat down to wait for times just like this when southerners will start to threaten the north with oil blockade. As i type this also, oil pipelines are actively been laid down from Zinder in Niger republic's main crude oil drilling sites to the kaduna refinery, Chad republic can aswell very happily provide the north with all the oil we need when push comes to shove. There is literally nothing else the south can blockade the north with. Everything you manufacture in the south, we also manufacture in the north, from noodles, to maggie, to plastics, to garments, to vehicles, to sophisticated weapons at DICON kaduna. I think southerners are greatly under-estimating the north o. we are more prepared than you can think o

Nigerians don't get it or better put non northern Nigerians don't get it just like they are dumb with their local politicians, governor's and legislators they have representing them...even their police killing and extorting them and they turn around and give their ass to be violated more.

Nigeria belongs to the north , they are the master's and the rest of Nigeria slaves.they own mostly all the oil blocks, they own the military, they own almost everything of significance in Nigeria even refinaries.

Make una dey deceive una selves... They give una non northern politicians breadcrumbs and they run go overseas go buy properties and send their children there to stay... Una dey here dey deceive una selves.

The critical fun fact is the western world (us and western Europe)prefer northerners as leaders of Nigeria as it guarantees them access and ownership of Nigerias oil... After all Obama worked hard for Buhari to be no ferias president.... Which person on this site know how much western companies make a day in Nigeria? Once you know I hope you can use that for your critical thinking.

Since the south is no more safe for northerners, let them come and buy the farm produce here and take it down south, some state in the middle belt have started the construction of such market to facilitate that. We can afford to be loosing our source of income since some people are not happy that buhari won their brother in election.
God bless the northern oligarchs.

Blockage of south west please not the whole south. From southern kaduna through Nasarawa and Benue south Eastern Nigeria are not complaining because nobody can stop us from moving food down there. They are the one who come to the north and buy the food themselves and take it to their side. They don't depend on us to bring the food for them.

This is just a pure selfish post! Do you think everyone can afford even the cheap ones? And you want prices of foodstuffs to go high? Farming isn’t for everyone, if the North can give us cheaper food let them be!

If the Biafrans could survive the food blockade during the war time, the southerners would as well survive Just let the herdsmen vacate our forests so that we can go back and farm
Who told you they survived? the only reason why they were defeated was because of no food. and they surrendered because hunger is bad

Trash as usual. Nigeria is the only country where people from the desert are feeding the people from the rain forest, pathetic!
Every fvcking individual should brace him/herself for a long rough ride. It will be interesting and frustrating most especially that your governments at all levels won't intervene until the hardship is felt even by the unborn babies.
