Sex should be pleasurable for both the Man and Woman.

Many of us, however, treat Sex either as something we GIVE to our partners without enjoying it or something we DO to our partners to prove virility.

If you operate under the Father Christmas mentality of one sided sexual giving ��, it's highly likely that you will feel sexually detached, uninterested, unengaged and 'used'.

If you are the one who believes Sex is something you DO to your partner, it reduces sex to a mere performance, a show, as opposed to a connection, which is what it should be.

This GIVER/DOER mentality is the reason women in our society feel like victims and say things like, 'I feel used'. This is also why men feel having intercourse with a woman is a Conquest. �

If we understand that Sex is about mutual pleasure, mutual giving and receiving, our perception and approach changes from the Victim/Conquest state to a state of looking forward to Sex because there is pleasure and satisfaction to be had.
