mehn, its because you dont know history. Fumilayo story is the most touching and i kind of wonder how her world was like. Did you know the British government was also against her internationally?

Going by ur logic, fela, unadi KANU, jinadu, ojukwu among others should be included

All those people are/were not nationalist/international but region fighters

PLEASE why exactly should that number 1 (Amina of Zazzau) be there?

Or am I missing something? The only reason why it is spectacular that a woman occupied a role of leadership in society is because she is a northern figure.
The likes of Queen Luwoo of Ife, Moremi, Efunsetan Aniwura, Queen Idia of Benin and several others have always been venerated female models in other Nigerian regions way before the likes of queen Amina. And yet she deserves to be there because her own is different or..... I don't get.
you see this thing wen u talk so u deserve 7 virgins. if amina should be there because she fought for her tribesmen the ny amiable QUEEN IDIA who happens to be the face of FESTAC77 Should be there for her role she played in the emancipation of the Great Benin Kingdom.

I'm not sure about the past three ones but the rest deserve it. Even this NOI you are all hyping remember that she was part of Jonathan's useless regime. I can't believe a mass murderer has a place on our note.

In factuality , NOI is a very imperialist protege whose only interest she is protecting though she has good CV and opportuned .

Okonjo iweala, Dora akinyuli, Stella adedovah are the 3 exceptional in the list that deserve it

Eggzatli! (Except for Okojo, that she is great and successful doesn't translate to patriotism)
.
I wonder why becoming the first woman to drive a car, attaining the post of a general. First female ruler are now criteria to earn a place on naira note. Some of them even exist before Nigeria.

why does she not deserve it. After fumilayo, Margret. Gambo and Akunyili, she is the next. The rest follows.

When she was minister of finance to Nigeria what did she do? Was she not there while Jonathan stole millions. One thing that will keep on damning us in this useless country is the inability to speak the truth once tribe, religion or family is involved.

➡The first Nigerian Olympic gold
medallist, Chioma Ajunwa deserves
a space.

➡She is still the only single Olympic
champion from our big for nothing country.

➡Other gold medals have been in
group or team sports .

"Queen Amina" is just a fake character
that never existed.

Those were mere speculations and cannot be proved. in other words propaganda used by the present ruling parry to confuse your likes. why have Good luck not being tried and jailed if he stole such money? Under Obasanjo, Okonjo Iweala single handedly wiped out all the debts owed by Nigeria and turned the economy around for good. Dollar to Naira was relatively close and she would have done more had the present government retained her services. Her exploits around the world attests to her stewardship. Take it or leave it. it's an undeniable fact.

Amina died in 1610 that means she wasn't a Nigerian because there was nothing like Nigeria then...

What country is she from?

You are trying to be sectional here....and it's illogical of you to add those names excluding her. It's better to read what she accomplished than you looking at her as a warlord...
