Nigerian footballer has lamented over the ways of the Nigerian government and policies. He talked about what the government must do to keep the nation in one piece.

“I would not expect you to compare the government in Nigeria to other governments of the world. It is the duties of the government to look after the interest of its citizens”.

They should not desert its citizens, because Human Resources and manpower is the fertilizer to a country growth and development.

The government must to change its policy, they need to invest in human. Investment in Human Resources is the future and growth of a country.

Investing in the masses will help eradicate poverty, insecurities, rinse out our streets of nuisances and urchins, create more job opportunity, create innovative entrepreneurs.

It will also help in our capability to be self confidence in terms of technology innovations. I do not understand the Nigerian government policies or how they sees the future of this nation without investment in Human Resources, it is a priority not a choice, without human capital investment there’s no future for a nation and its people.
