Petyr1: The more you dredge the more destructions you cause to other ecosystems both fauna and flora. Also flooding in other low lying areas close to where you are dredging from. Sand is scarce and in the next few years we would know whatsup |

pozehnani: You lots are just blind or what? We don't need to go too far to learn what's looming. Take for example Lagos. All the construction been carried out, the sands have to be brought in from neighbouring Ogun state in most cases. Most of these sand loaders are carrying out illegal minning, destroying lands and water bases. There are some areas now with deep gully erosions and craters thus making such lands inhabitable for living or even commercial use. At some point we would not have areas to dig from and would have to go farther to find sand. Now imagine countries with far more industrial use of sand? Also note not all sand types are actually suitable for construction. E.g Sand from the Sahara desert. |

o9o9:Thank you for educating them. Despite the article saying desert sand is too smooth and round, the guys up there either didn't read that or are too busy booking space and they ended up really embarrassing themselves. And that pozehnani geh is just disappointing. If you don't know something, why not ask or do research on Google. Nigerians are funny people walahi 1 Like |

luminouz: It's the educational system and arrogance of Nigerians. Lots have an education but aren't really educated. Same person would tell you scientists are lying but would use their phones to make calls and can hear the voice of someone thousands of miles away. Isn't that magic? And they believe that? But other things are lies. Lol. Also they believe they can chook mouth and talk about everything even when they have not a single understanding of it. They would always have an opinion even if it is erroneous. There are thousands of them on here and on Twitter. 1 Like |
