Forget what the statistics say about how difficult it is to get a career offer.
All you should focus, is on efforts and strategies on getting the offer.
Some include;
Having an ATS compliant resume with the modern template.
Matching your resume every time you apply for a new career position.
Networking offline and online (through linkedin, etc.).
Optimising keywords relevant to the open job role on your resume.
Applying within the first 20 applicants.
Having a responsible email showing your name and social media presence especially on linkedin.com.
Joining job boards and creating job alerts on linkedin or any job boards.
Always remaining positive and consistent.
And lastly, wanting it more than anything; that is to keep pushing until you succeed.

Do you agree?
