voters intimidation is still the issue that has to be talked about and worked on. for example in Arue primary school in Uromi, edo state; party leaders & youths were standing by the thumb printing cubicle and watching voters to know which party they voted for. they went ahead to threaten & harrass those who did not vote for their party. this obviously made some persons vote against their will or not vote at all. This also makes those voters who don't have any close affiliation with the party feel very insecure about voting their will.
Similar thing happened in Oghara, Delta State. notable was the polling point close to Girls hostel of Western Delta University at Oghara. Similar things also happened in Sapele, Delta state.
INEC, Security operatives, Corp members, NBA and opposition parties SHOULD Please help to elimiate voters intimidation so that we can have free, fair and credible elections & hence good leaders who will feel responsible to the masses not just a few.
