UBA is not treating me fairly, last week 344naira, when I called them they said the 344 is text alert charges, this very night 49 naira, what will this #49 called, i know they are small amounts but if add up, it can be something and u are not giving anything on my savings account,
The account is my salary account, it can't be change, pls people who are using Kuda, how fair it is? So once my salary going I will immediately post it to Kuda.


What can I do to stop this, it has been happening since but I think am tired of this, around December last it was 435 naira.

Kuda has very poor services.
BVN authentication takes forever. Payments are sent late and lags sometimes. Network is rarely stable.
2/10 for their ease. Just packaging and vibes.
When you add their misandry.
Just don't put your money where you will be charged because of your gender.

Gender,how? And my experience so far is good, I sent and receive speedily, maybe u are talking about last year.
