Hello nairalanders, wich bank do you tink offers the best mobile banking services? I use firstmobile for 1stbank and Gtmobile for GTB. For me, I prefer 1stmobile cos it helps me do a lot banking without setting foot into the banking hall. I can recharge ma fone any time any day, send rechrg cards to my relations n friends, chek my acct bals, get a mini acct stmt, pay 4 my dstv, can evn transfer money to oda ppls acct in oda banks. The GTmobile also does most of d tings as 1stmobile only dat I cant pay 4 cable tv or transfer money 2 oda banks. The functions are there bt it seems doesnt wrk. What impressed me most abt 1stmobile ws wen i bot glo rechrg pin, my acct ws debitd bt I didnt get d value, immediately i complained to the Cso the followin day, d pin numba ws snt 2 me. I evn paid dstv subsription once and put a wrong smartcard no, the payment ws credited 2 my dstv acct wen I reported the error. I dont knw much abt oda banks mobile banking services cos i dont av them but u can share experinces and ideas abt mobile banking in Nigeria.
