hope your glasses aren't tinted and if tinted hope you have a permit.

for that Camry expect to be stopped at every police check point for your return leg and hope the documents are in your name.

if one document is missing expect to be delayed by police settlement

5am from awka is okay. Stay off the onitsha awka expressway if you leave awka by 5am.
Use old road that goes from amawbia to nkpor to onitsha. The old road is safe. My villa is along that road. You will be getting to onitsha by 5.40 or thereabouts if not earlier. By then, onitsha will be awake.

There is fewer police presence heading towards lagos. You should be in ogba before 2pm if you drive gently.

Can confirm everything here. Please don't take the interstate highway. Take the old road:
Amawbia--Abagana--Ogidi--Onitsha.

30 minutes drive.

Take off your tint if you know say no too get leg. I was just in an altercation with the police about mine. Drive jeje in Onitsha, the military isn't too happy right now.

Safe trip. It's a straightforward journey, I'd say.

It's a straight forward road. Turn on your Google map, type in awka onitsha old road. It will guide you. Or better still, take a short trip on the road today and familiarize yourself with it.
Another way is to follow the yellow buses you see on that road. Na nkpor or onitsha all of them dey go. cheesy

The RPM is between 700/850. That shows the thermostat is intact and the fans are not run direct. And also the temperature gauge.

This is not true.

The right answer is the temperature reading.

You can see that the pointer is exactly at the middle.

If the thermostat had been tampered with, the temperature would be below the middle mark.

He is correct.
If the thermostat has been tampered with, apart from the persistent low operating temperature, the RPM will constantly be above 1000RPM cos the ECU will burn more fuel to bring up the car to normal operating temp just like when you start a car after parking it overnight.
That's what leads to excessive fuel consumption in cars that the thermostat has been tampered with and the fan wired directly.
