Seeing how a candidate from Adamawa can score 2 out of 400 in common entrance and be treated the same as a candidate from Anambra who scores 220. Such numerical miracles are only possible in 'One Nigeria' BTW the dumb as candidate from Adamawa will end up being the boss of the bright candidate from Anambra.
