This is terrible and sadly there’s nothing anyone can do about it, during my own time at my ppa the accommodation they provided wasn’t cool but it’s way better than this, before they took us to the lodge we were warned not to post anything about it on SM, she kept saying if we try there’s going to be consequences cause it’s a federal institute, the lady said if you are not pleased with this place you can get your accommodation else where!!
Las las out of 15 of us na only 3 girls stay for that lodge

Yes, maybe that is true, but it is also the job of the people of the state of Imo to also put pressure on their governor to do the job he was voted for....(or selected for by the Supreme COURT)...because democracy is not sitting down after voting...it is going after your leaders and putting fire under their comfortable chairs.
