Good Friday is not just a cliche.

It is important to understand the significance of this day.
To understand that it was a day, out Lord and savior Jesus Christ was Crucified on the cross.
A man that knew no sin, was made sin for us.
He took our place on the cross.
He died for our sins.
What a great exchange.

This understand is what we all need.
And what is required is for everyone to come to the knowledge of the son of God, who yielded his life an atonement for sin, and opened the life gate that all may go in.

There is nothing good about Good Friday. The part of Italy that calls it Sad Friday captures it better.
1. The Son of God was sent to bring a teaching of Salvation and He was killed by the same people that He came to save and after many centuries of His death, the people He came to save have finally decided to follow His word though following and interpreting it as it suits them.
2. During the anniversary of such dastardly act of murder of the son of God we call it “Good Friday”
3. We know that a lot of mistakes was made during the translations of the Bible to English but Don’t Christians think or sit down to reflect on this things? Or is it all about what the pastor or Priest teaches on the pulpit?

This is the one singular reason why some people out there call themselves atheist because you my fellow Christ followers have taken In blindly what you have been told without reflection or asking questions. When you ask questions you are dubbed a troublemaker in the church community but you forget that Christ Himself was murdered because He questioned the lies of the High priests and the scribes.

If the Lord was murdered by some people’s act…what sort of god is this?

How do you go about fixing Fridays every year as your "good friday", yet you reject the same principle for your other pagan festivities (like Christmas celebrations) ?

Who do you celebrate Easter in different months, either March or April?
