If this is true then that's probably why he said he considers himself Igbo by the circumstances of his birth. Whether he's Igbo or not by this or that, all I want from his influence as Presido are as follows;

1) Sixth SE state.
2) Second 9ja bridge with multiple lanes.
3) Trade-free zone for Onitsha and Aba.
4) Completion of the dredging of the 9ja river and the riverport.
5) Embassies/Consulate and international agencies such as British Council in Enugu. 
6) Completion of all outstanding Fed. roadworks in the SE.
7) Rapid expansion of Enugu airport.
