God will not only give you what you asked
He will give you what you need in abundance and above measure
He will make you to swim in his abundant river of love, goodness and kindness.
He will take you through the wilderness and put you in front of an ocean to have all the water you need

First, both the righteous and unrighteous are prosperous. Your sin does not stop you from being prosperous.
Both the Bible and reality confirms this.

Besides Daniel's prayer, where else in the Bible did you see principalities being an obstacle to prayer?
Now you have to understand that according to the bible Daniel's prayer was not a regular prayer. He sort to understand God's plan for mankind. He was not just asking for money. He wanted an answer that God himself does not want to reveal apparently cos he doesn't want the devil to know his plans.
