those people are not criminals in the first place,some of them may have made mistake due to poverty but majority of people in Nigerian prisons are innocent. Even the police knows this

Its like you don't understand what is going on. Buhari has given criminals more power to operate in this country. Its not that issue of copying him, evil will begat evil. He is the president and the custodian of the Nigerian constitution but he has made nonsense of the whole thing. So nobody in the east or west will every support evil, the thing will just be rising on its own in the name of injustice. Now, see how the military always assemble themselves in the east killing some innocents people at times when it comes to dealing with criminals but the ones in the North, he would pardon and give them meat pie to eat. South-east is doing everything possible to become North-east. and some people are thinking they are taking a revenge on Bihari. please where are the elders and leaders in that region. things are still fresh now they should step up and safe their home, FG can only respond with one action I.e military force after that they can try other thing but the first action will always be force either more police or military. and by the way, why would people assault police and free prisoners because of police check point.
