It's not just the artiste name that's the issue.

He can be sued for "passing off". Especially with the purposeful similarities in the album and single titles. Also, there is a lack of congruence between his popularity and his streaming income upon which an argument can be made that he would never have gotten those streams if not for the trademark violation.
