I work in a private facility. Guess you know one of the annoying things about private facilities, they expect you to shove every of their arrangements down your throat without notifying them of your dissatisfaction. And they see Complaint as you lacking competence. The dictionary defines Complain thus ''express dissatisfaction or annoyance about something''. Now when something really affects your peace of mind is it wrong to complain about it even through the right channels?

is it better living with dissatisfaction? i wonder why this part of the world don't regard another's complaint expect it directly affects them
