While others are crying about a bad economy, YOU can be cashing out instead. It all depends on your PERSONAL choices.

So, how can you turn these harsh economic times to favor YOU and your family? Just a few inspirational thoughts that occurred to me. Follow these simple steps:

1. Start from your mind: REMEMBER that all great people earned their respect through the challenges they overcame. So, see the hard times as an opportunity to excel rather than an obstacle.

2. DECIDE TO BECOME CONSTRUCTIVELY SELFISH : Spend your mental energies constructively thinking up solutions instead of using those energies destructively to complain against the situation or against the government or the situations of your birth.

Complaining at every opportunity may sound like you care but it's LAZY of you to do. Instead, use your time and energy to think thoughts like, "what can I do better than most people?" "How can I be useful to someone?" Where can I find those dying to have the solutions I can give?"

Don't overthink it though. Just let your mind touch on it lightly from time to time (especially when you feel worried).

Mind you, I am not saying that your complaints are not justified. I'm only saying that they are weighing down on you and keeping you from getting your problems solved. These things are more subconscious than conscious. So, give up the psychological load so that you can be free to fly.

3. FIND A WAY TO MAKE MONEY WITH YOUR PASSION BY SOLVING SOME REAL CHALLENGES SOMEWHERE IN THE ECONOMY: See how...

A bad economy lacks so many things. But it has an abundance of one thing: PROBLEMS. Each problem is an economic opportunity that can be exploited if you give them a thought. Each lack is something you can provide and get paid for.

No matter how small the money you are making is, if it is regular and from a passion you have, it removes a lot of the psychological weight due to the bad economy.

So, get a stream of income running in case you don't have. If you already have, get more running. More money in your account is like more grease in your engine. It lightens the burden a lot while making you relevant in the world. Honestly, challenges are very far from looking like a good thing at the moment you are passing through them. But continue to remind yourself that they are like the pressure used to squeeze out the sweet wine from the vine. They are bringing out the best in you.

Remember that those who overcome bigger challenges deserve more respect. This law is so fair that we all presume it to be fair without it getting written down anywhere. So, if your own challenges seem to be greater than those of others, its an opportunity to overcome a greater challenge than others and be greater than them. Isn't it?

5. DO SOMETHING NOW TO HELP IN RELIEVING OTHER PEOPLE OF THE ECONOMIC CRUNCH.

If you have ever forgotten your problems because you were genuinely concerned about someone else, you must have discovered the joy of caring for caring sake. In fact, these points I'm sharing with you are my own pieces of advice that I have given to myself. Now, as I am sharing them to help someone else somewhere, I am feeling very light and good as if I don't have any problems whatsoever.

The pieces of advice have already helped me when I gave them to myself. But now, as I'm sharing them, I feel extremely good to know they might help one or two people out here.

So, I advise you to do the same and see the effect. Share your thoughts too about overcoming challenges. Do you have some idea that I have missed? Or, do you have another perspective to any of the points I made? Maybe, there's a quotable quote you have that can help.

Many times, such a sharing could worth more than if you gave someone a million dollars. So, kindly drop a thought or two to encourage anyone experiencing the economic crunch in very particular ways. I will also share more.
