If by becoming a pastor u suddenly realized, the problem of this country is economical not spiritual then God should called all of us including Buhari but i should i warn you, Nigerians are like the children of Israel, u will sacrifice yourself for them, divide the red sea for them to passed, provide mannar & water, beg God not to destroy them, yet its still them that will make you missed the promised land if not careful |

Miracle4all: The truth is that many people are under the curse of poverty. Poverty is nothing but demonic oppression...no matter how much you feed a poor man, he will still ask for more. Teach your members how to prosper spiritually. There are different ways we can prosper spiritually. It's our responsibility as children of God to prosper spiritually and teach others how to prosper spiritually. Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. — 3 John 1:2 |

Lostchild: You people know nothing except how to insult people. Must everything be spelt out for you? How can you ask which knowledge give wealth in Nigeria. That in itself is an ignorant question...Go an learn sought after skills such as internet marketing, crypto currency/ forex trading.etc even plumbing, electrical work, generator repair...and see whether the knowledge & application of those skills will not give you wealth. |

@Op, I understand what you are saying perfectly. It is a pity that many people commenting here have no idea what you just described. To those saying they should get a job, kindly know that there are many working people broke. So their poverty or being broke is not entirely due to not working. Many who read this also work and are yet broke. And yet they keep recommending people should work. Get me right, I ain't saying jobless people shouldn't work. I'm only asking if working is the solution, why are a lot of working class people broke? Here is what you need to know Pastor; Faith is the only victory that overcomes the world! (1 Jhn 5:4). Here is my advice and I answer you from experience and the Word of God. You yourself will first have to learn about Kingdom Finance. When you master it and your are free yourself, then can you also teach others and break the financial hardship bedevilling people. I can recommend books and messages for you, if you so care to have knowledge tgat makes free. Jhn 8:32. To whosoever will read this, please don't be quick to forget the words of 1 Cor 2:14 that carnal mind can't receive the things of the spirit. So if you are sense-ruled, you won't understand or agree with what I wrote. Let me close by saying this, when Jesus was anointed, He said The Spirit was upon Him to preach the Gospel to the poor, even before healing the sick or raising the dead. Please read Luk 4:18. If any should know about answers to poverty in our world, it should be Jesus. And He didn't recommend job or business. He said the gospel should be preached to them. I am not saying you shouldn't work. I am saying learn about how finances work in the kingdom. Knowledge of Christ is what sets free from the challenges of life! |

IMO people who go into the ministry should be wealthy or connected to people who are, they should also be spiritually empowered cos people will bring their problems to you and you must deliver, that's what separate pastors from pastors. Sound oratory and Phd is not enough. Must be practical, like Jesus was. |

Wow! Reminds me of the early disciples who soled their lands and brought the proceeds so that it belongs to all, THIS IS CHRISTIANITY, WHEN WE GAVE OUR LIVES TO CHRIST WE GAVE ALL NOT SOME NOT PART, WHEN YOU GIVE YOUR LIFE TO CHRIST YOU HAVE GIVEN ALL YOUR MONIES ALL YOUR BUSINESS, FAMILY, YOUR SOUL, BODY SPIRIT, THEY BELONG TO JESUS, NOT JUST ONE TENTH, THIS IS CHRISTIANITY, A LIFE OF THE HOLYGHOST, WHERE ETERNAL LIFE perambulates in all your affairs, I TELL YOU THIS IS THE SWEETEST LIFE there is, TO GET ETERNAL LIFE, IT IS FREE OF CHARGE, AVAILABLE NOW, GET YOURS, BY ACCEPTING CHRIST AS YOUR LORD AND SAVIOR, TO DO THIS THE BIBLE WAY, (ROM 10:9-10) believe with your heart and Confess that JESUS died and God raised him from the dead, Very simple, not even your sins because that has been taken care of on the cross, Selah! |

kalu61:is it good leadership, excellent justice system and citizens that determines if you wake up in the morning or not? The orders of day and night ? The paths of the sun , moon and the stars ? The ordering of the solar system? Seasons and times? How can you use the tangible to quantify the intangible..the visible to quantify the invisible? There's no choas, no confusion, no untimely anything.. Everything in life is ordered and been ordered by the rules, laws and principles set by the Creator and which sides of these rules you found yourself Everything you have ever done or will do till your last secs on earth is known and ordered from the foundations of the earth and the root of time. |

JosephXavier:You hit the nail on the head. Most folks go to church cos it is a big market jare. You make furniture, customer yafun you get school, members children (abi why do you think most churches, Pastors wife sets up school?) etc. Go to large church eg winners, redeemed and you have huge market. |

I can help you sha... because your way of doing ministry may have been wrong but you are still at the FOUNDATION, so it can be corrected... what you lack is WISDOM. That's all. |

Na this app dey convert anything I type into its icon (on WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.) 2) I use Chrome browser to open nairaland. If I type love, it will bring the icon, and I click on it. U must use the facemoji keyboard as ur default phone keyboard before it can bring an icon for any object u type. Pic 2 - how it suggests. Pic 3 - the application from Google Play Store. Don't know if this helps the way I put it. 1 Like
