You better stop defending nonsense Mr Lai and try and comprehend simple grammar. Twitter said they choose Ghana because of Good Democracy and rule of law. Endsars came in as a result of bad governance and bad Justice.

Are you serious about this claim or it is one of the many jokes you have put up here?

So, Buhari actually facilitated or better still ensured that Nigerian Tech companies ATTRACTED and RECEIVED the above stated funding packages

Nigerians demarket their country. Have you ever seen a Ghanaian demarket their own country? All the Ghanaians do on social media is to demarket Nigeria with the help of Nigerians, especially IPOB, that will be screaming, Nigeria is a zoo. Lol. Very soon no country will give Nigerians visa. Let me see how you will run out of the country after saying all manner of nonsense.

Do you think these companies are fools and doesn't have intelligence gathering. Its not all about what the citizens said, its about the type of governance in place in the country. They know Nigeria is fake, Ghana is trying to be sincere with her people and genuinely working for them. APC government is a fraud. Buhari is no where seen or acknowledged in the comity of nations. In fact, Nigeria is null and void in global issues..see killings everywhere and you want Twitter to choose Nigeria. Thats a big joke. Wake up APC government, Nigeria is finished.

Bring facts or just shut up.

This APC are just bunch of mediocre
* someone worked hard for his company instead of you to ‘copy and paste’ as usual or create your own unique social media communication tools .. you are wailing that he did not make Nigeria his H/Qs in Africa .. what a shamed statement ..
I’m not used to insulting elders but what should we call this
* same you came up that you want to regulate social media... now ‘Twitter’ regulated her services and made Ghana HQ in Africa .. you are still crying like a ‘baby .. too bad.. too babyish
* I chose not to regret been born in Nigeria but God understands..

Google, FACEBOOK, and Microsoft and the world's biggest TECH giants with Trillions of dollars in market value are in Nigeria so do you really think they are unintelligent?

Your comment on the other hand is void of intelligence because you do not know more than the TECH giants in Nigeria.

Why are you so worried and crying with one small poor twitter office in Ghana when you have the biggest players in your own country on top or the fact that your own country is the main TECH giant in Africa?

Is this how much you hate yourself and your own country?

But he was quick to condemn the unpatriotic attitude of some Nigerians, especially the media who he said have always struggle to outdo one another in painting Nigeria as a hail where no one can live.

Mohammed argued that the natural expectation is that Nigeria should have been the hub of Twitter business in this part of Africa, given that fact that it has about 25m twitter users against 8m in Ghana.

I am amazed at the level of IDIOCY of someone who is supposed to be the spokes person of a government. If Mr. Liar Mohammed claimed that the decision by Twitter to locate its African HQs in Ghana in lieu of the ZOO is not a business and commercial one, then he should tell us the reason. How can he make such a foolish and ill informed statement? The primary purpose of any public company like Twitter is to make money for its shareholders. And any investment that would not achieve that objective is considered a no go. Now, let's look at the Zoo v Ghana:

First, Ghana has good and intelligent leaders who love and actually care about their country, their citizens and know the direction that they want to take it to, but the ZOO has absolutely NONE other than thieves. Again, Ghana, by all intents and purposes is a safer, less corrupt, more sane and stable than the ZOO would EVER be. The ZOO is a den of corruption, bandits, Fulani and Boko Haram terrorists, cultists, etc.

Moreover, Ghana has better infrastructure (good road networks, constant electricity, etc.), which is non existent in the Zoo. Furthermore, Ghana has better policies that encourage foreign investment while the ZOO offers NONE except BRIBERY and CORRUPTION. Finally, Ghanaians are more cultured and behave like humans with brains but what has the ZOO got to offer other than the ANIMALS that parade as humans?

So, Mr. LIAR MOHAMMED, if you're from a real country and not a ZOO, citizens of your country should have buried their heads in shame for your lack of common sense and knowledge. There you have it, TWITTER and people all around the world except those that inhabit the ZOO know that it's not a place to do business.

Nigeria’s CcHub acquires Kenya’s iHub to create mega Africa incubator

Two of Africa’s powerhouse tech incubators will join forces. Nigerian innovation center and seed-fund CcHub has acquired Nairobi based iHub, CcHub CEO Bosun Tijani confirmed to TechCrunch.

The purchase amount is undisclosed, but Tijani said CcHub will finance the deal out of its real-estate project to build a new 10-story innovation center to replace its Herbert Macaulay Way building in Lagos.

Details are emerging on how the two entities will operate together, but Tijani noted some degree of autonomy.

“The names will stay the same…iHub will remain iHub…it is a strong brand…but iHub will be supported from the central CcHub, which will help them strengthen what they do,” he said.

Per the acquisition, Tijani becomes CEO of both organizations, while Nekesa Were continues as iHub managing director. And iHub’s existing programs will remain, according to Tijani, but CcHub will extend to Kenya some of its existing activities in education, healthcare and governance.

CcHub will also use the iHub addition to expand its investment scope. “We’ll now have access to pipeline in Nigeria, Kenya and Rwanda,” he said.
