Dangote the evil Monopolist. He use the same method to crush his cement competitors. He will now hike the price of sugar when it is completed.

Africa richest man by exploitation! It is only in Nigeria he does that nonsense. He can't try it In other countries.

How can Nigeria economy grow when we have oligarchs who allied with the FG are the ones running it.( Dangote and Bua)
survival is for the fittest
Lazy need not apply

Expect the prices of these to go up. Expect the prices of flour, bread and other baked products to increase. Biscuits, cake, noodles, and spaghetti. Food inflation rate is over 23% already. The design is to keep you poor.

Note that Dangote just fought BUA last week, calling for the FG to ban sugar dealers that don't own sugar plantations in Nigeria. Government of Dangote, for Dangote. Alhaji Putin Republic.

This is the exact thing Bill Gates did to KILL every non-microsoft browsers in 1996. Same thing Dangote is doing to KILL everything Sugar, Cement, Wheat that is not dangote with the help of the FG. And guess what, Bill Gates & Dangote are friends whose parents left huge wealth for.

baralatie:

as of now! with the acclaimed production by dangote and other participants like bua and others!
Nigeria imports sugar heavily (meaning the local production is far short)

Now you see the one of wheat we do not produce shingbain.

it is total imports (guess the players in the wheat sourcing business [/b] dangote ,honeywell, flour mill and co.

so with these small expo wat do you think is the aim of such a policy by the cbn!!

When was the last time you bought imported sugar?

Wheat production is also considerably high, producers will not invest in production is import is still allowed. Every one wants the easy way out. But with this policy, thy will be forced to invest in production, more farmers will begin farming wheat. No nation can develop when we neglect or fail to support local production.
Yes there may be initial pains, but just imagine we have done this years ago. Best next time is NOW
