Unfortunately we think it's only a police thing in Nigeria. Most Nigerians are naturally good at begging. You go to airports, workers there beg, worst are those ones holding tissue paper inside/around restrooms. Go to eateries, workers there beg. Go to filling stations, same thing. Go bank, security man go beg you. For church too, some people have made it habits to wait around good cars in parks to beg after service. Go to night club, bouncers too go beg, etc. Even in your workplace, those staff that see you as earning higher will still beg......... the list goes on and on.

If only they can apply this principle "it is more blessed to give than to receive........
