Is a pandemic is not the only minister or politician that is sympathetic to boko haram. We have thousands of government officials in key positions that are informat to those guys. Solders always receive intelligent reports about an inevitable attack from boko boys and when they try to attack first, an other will come from nowhere ordering them to stand down until it's to late for them to do anything including defending themselves.

Even though they have the physical means to do it, they can, the world power will not give them the right to do it and if they do it, they will face serious consequences including loss of sovereignty.
