I am sure the italian man must have undergone his training on how to skip work and still receive your pay at the end of the month from his counterpart in the Nigerian Civil Service, most specifically in the local Government offices.

this guy dey learn work for where my guy dey here in naija.. dude just dey collect alert monthly for FG hand, dude no even know if Dem don relocate him office. he just dey show once once... baba dey run him own business and works with a private IT firm..

why not report him to the appropriate authority for sanction? He is blocking someone else's job position.
