Over 20 inmates are expected to write the upcoming 2021 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) at the Ikoyi custodial center. This was disclosed by the spokesman of the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS) in Lagos State Command, Mr. Rotimi Oladokun, as the inmates showed interest in taking the examination.
