When the atmosphere is full of fear
People are panicking
Lives are being lost on daily basis
Students are kidnapped
Students are killed
Must we stop praying for Nigeria?

Parents are lamenting
Crying over their loved ones
Children are not spared
Babies are raped by the unexpected
Ritualism and skull miners are on the increase
Must we stop praying for Nigeria?

Constant supply of electricity is an illusion
Nepa has been given another name
Money invested for complete overhauling
For more than 40yrs
Mysteriously, the struggle continues
Still battling with light
Must we stop praying for Nigeria?

Wonder why Nigerians are doing well abroad
Wonder why Nigerians have more graduates
Wonder why Nigerians are winning laurels
Wonder why Nigerians are so educated
Wonder why Nigerians are so gifted and talented
Yet It does not reflect
Must we stop praying for Nigeria?

Biafrans are desperate for war
Biafrans are agitating for their own country
Biafrans are not ready to be under Nigeria
Biafrans are crying and praying for a change
How realistic are their agitations?
Must we stop praying for Nigeria?

Oduduwas are not left out
Oduduwas believe they are the best
Oduduwas are well read
Oduduwas desire a Yoruba Nation
Oduduwas will go by the sword of the pen
Oduduwas are not prone to war
Will Yoruba Nation emerge?

What is the problem of Nigeria?
Must we blame leaders?
Must we blame festac 77?
Must we blame spiritual dark powers?
Must we put the blame on Nigerians?
Are we the problem of ourselves?
Must we blame it on corruption?
All of the above.
Must we stop praying for Nigerians?

We hear, we have prayed enough
We hear, we have fasted
We hear, prayer alone cannot solve it
We hear, action is what we need now
We hear, prayer cannot do what we can do
We hear, Nigerians are too religious
Still, we hear, what God cannot do does not exist
Must we stop praying for Nigeria?

Prayer is still the master key
Prayer moves the hand of God
The hand of God moves the nation for a change
What prayer cannot do needs more prayer
Prayer can stop the wind, the storm, the flood
Prayer changes things
Prayer can stop the WAR
Prayer can birth a new Nigeria
Must we stop praying for Nigeria?

No! We must NOT stop.
The answer is just around the corner.

I pray that Nigeria is peacefully divided so the savage tribe and the dishonest one can be on their own.
