sure of course there are different sizes. 4ft and 3ft and their prices vary. 30,000 and 34,000 respectively.


The materials for making these particular in discussion are:

1.5mm 3 by 1½ pipe

18 gauge design pan

18 gauge 5" frame

Foreign bolt and hinges too

2mm plain pan

12mm wrought iron rod.

The price is 850,000.

But if we use normal steel iron, the price drops to 550,000

Work started on the smaller gate. I had to suspend work on the big one so I can file and apply body filler while I still can before the components are welded. Failure to do that will result to a very dirty work cause once the components are welded, there will be no space to apply body filler and do the cleaning

And the smaller gate is almost done. But I was too busy to take pictures. I will updating the thread tomorrow morning

Budget 800-900,000 for the job. You should use 5 by 3 H channel. But forty feet should be for a three storey building and as such, two tanks alone might not be enough especially if it's going to serve a commercial building
