Sin is a sin. When it comes to your health and doctors advice you should strictly adhere to. As for the accumulation of sperm,it's possible. The pain won't last for long if you exercise regularly.

Try exercise alot, burning alot of calories. Take system flushers etc. And for that pain to just happen on its own without any form of sexual activity ( be it pre-intimacy or simple kissing etc) then your case is different. I know of the pain coming up when you try to engage in sexual activity (but you didn't have sex), but I don't know about the non sexual pain.

I believe the diagnosis is false. Accumulation of sperm cannot lead to health complications. The body naturally discharges excessive body fluids. If they can be discharged by masturbation that means there's nothing blocking the urinary tract, hence the accumulated sperm should be naturally discharged from the body, so the need to masturbate wouldn't be there.

If you masturbate, you're committing a sin no doubt, so there are no two ways about it

Correction. I'm not a muslim, but the truth is that this section is for 'Religion' not a Christian section so anyone can just chip in if they feel like. Nairaland does not have a Christian section yet not sure why though.
