Daily Summary Of Daily Devotional Of Men Of God by Bejusttoall: 11:06pm On Jun 15, 2021
*DAILY DEVOTIONALS SUMMARY*
*Monday June 14, 2021*.

1. *Pastor E. A. Adeboye, Open Heavens, RCCG*
*Topic* : Our Sure Refuge
*Text* : Psalm 9:9, Psalm 71:1-2
*Food for thought* : When God says you should hide, what it implies is that the battle is no longer yours but His.
*Lesson*: A refuge is somewhere you hide when trouble is looming. This Sure Refuge is the presence of God. Only the righteousness of God can make us victorious over the attacks of the enemy. A life of holiness makes God incline His ear to our cry in times of trouble. Put your trust in the Lord and shun all worldly alternatives from today.

2. *Pastor W.F. Kumuyi, Daily Manna, DCLM*
*Topic* : House Of The Wicked
*Text* : Micah 6:10–16
*Food for thought* : The pleasures of sin always end in pain.
*Lesson*: God who watches the actions of all men will visit the impenitent sinner with divine judgment. To cling to sin until the final fleeting breath is drawn is to willingly choose to damn the soul in the intolerable burnings of hell. The only way of escape is to quickly repent from all known sins and accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour.

3. *Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, Rhapsody Of Realities, Christ Embassy*
*Topic* : “Praying In Prayer”
*Text* : James 5:17-18 AMPC; Luke 22:39-44
*Food for thought* : The earnest, heartfelt, continued prayer of a righteous man makes tremendous power available, dynamic in its working.
*Lesson*: Whatever you need, pray with deep desire, with intense passion, and there’ll be a change.

4. *Dr D.K. Olukoya, Mountain Top daily Devotional, MFM*
*Topic* : Healing From The Wounds Of Self-Guilt (III)
*Text* : Gal.5:16-25, Gal.5:1
*Food for thought* : The weight of self-guilt hinders you from growing healthy and moving forward in all aspects of life
*Lesson*: Self-guilt will land you in a bigger trouble such as depression, psychosis and other strange or terminal sicknesses; worst still, hell fire. Self-guilt is a foolish act, fueled by the devil to immobilise you and distort your vision. Do away with all regrets. Forgive yourself!

5. *Bishop Dr Mike Okonkwo, Wisdom For The Day, TREM*
*Topic* : Jesus Laid Down His Life For Mankind
*Text* :John 10:9-18
*Food for thought* :Being a Giver of life, nobody could take Jesus life from Him; He voluntarily surrendered His life to accomplish His mission of salvation.
*Lesson*: Since dying was the only way to save humanity, Jesus had to go through it.

6. *Dr Pastor Paul Enenche, Seeds Of Destiny DIGC*
*Topic* : The Destiny-Destroying Power Of Covetousness
*Text* : Genesis 3:6
*Food for thought* : It is not everything that looks good that is good. It may be good to the eyes but disastrous to life.
*Lesson*: Beloved, the cure for covetousness is contentment. Be contented with where you are and what you have per time. Separate yourself from every friend who talks you into covetousness.

7. *Bishop Dr Chris Kwakpovwe, Our Daily Manna, MPM*
*Topic* : The Saul Destroyer And David Sustainer
*Text* : Acts 13: 16-23, 2 Samuel 12:1-12, 1 Samuel 15:1-28
*Food for thought* : “Repentance isn’t only sorrow for past sins, it’s also a determination to now do the will or God, as He reveals it to us.
*Lesson*: Sin FASCINATES before it assassinates! Rather than try to explain your sins away and justify yourself like Saul did and was destroyed, be like David, take responsibility, confess and forsake THAT SECRET SIN and you shall be sustained.

8. *C.A.C: The Living Water*
*Topic* : Show Some Concern
*Text* : Nehemiah 1:1-11, Romans 12:15
*Food for thought* : Trying times are crucible from where the rear gems in us are formed.
*Lesson*: Leaders must show concern for those they are leading. They must include them in their policies and have compassion on them. You don't merely claim that you are concerned, you act it out, How? 1. Pray and fast for people 2. Intercede on their behalf: 3. Be kind to them in words and deeds. 4. Visitation: 5. Share their grief. 6. Don’t stand the judge:

9 *Daily Guide, Scripture Union*
*Topic* : Too Much Is Not Always Helpful
*Text* : Proverbs 25:15-28
*Food for thought* : We can never have too much of God and His righteousness, but we must never use God as an excuse when we step beyond His clear boundaries.
*Lesson*: Self-Control is a great and much needed Christian character in the church and society today. Live with good balance and moderation in every area of our lives.

10. *The Daily Fountain. Anglican Communion*
*Topic* : What It Means To Be Born Again
*Text* : John 3:7-13
*Food for thought* : No matter what status we have attained in society, we must first of all believe that Jesus came to save us from sins and accept His lordship over our lives.
*Lesson*: Being born again means one being born of water and the Spirit, that is, being baptised of water and the Holy Spirit. The mystery of being born again is like the wind, we cannot see it but we know and believe that it exist, so also the Holy Spirit will confirm in our hearts that we are children of God.

11. *Our Daily Bread*
*Topic* : The Power Of God
*Text* : Psalm 121
*Food for thought* : You need God and His wisdom and power for decisions, skill, work, relationships—all of your life.
*Lesson*:God alone “is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine”. Let’s have a humble heart to learn from Him and to trust Him in prayer “because He can do more” than we ever could.

12. *Kenneth Copeland*
*Topic* : Know God's Will
*Text* : Psalm 127:1
*Lesson*: God is rearranging things, lining them up for the end-time move of the Spirit. If you’re going to keep up, you must know God’s perfect plan for your life—and how to carry it out in His power!

*BIBLE IN ONE YEAR*: Ezra 6-7

*God bless you*
