She actually got a mail from them. What I shared was part of the mail sent to her. The problem is, she didn't remember applying for such job hence the reason for her being sceptical and seeing that nothing tangible can be gathered about the company, that's why we thought of sharing it here to gather more information. mapet: |

akinjare: 1. First rule of thumb..... Don't expect interviews from a job you never applied for. 2. If you see "Dear Applicant" and not "Dear Mr/Mrs/Miss X" then the person does not know you and only trying to draw you out. 3. No decent job offer will come in a confusing manner like this 1 Like |

Check out the website for yourself if in doubt quoted. Also there is no correlation between an electrical lightening company and GNLD. The job says front desk/field sales support officer, a support officer is behind the desk. This was not a cold call email. The author of this thread @akinjare should confirm they submitted an application.
