Truth is, lying to children sometimes is necessary.

Let's face it. As adults, we know that our parents had to lie to us to make us behave and not do some things they did in the past.

No, our mother may not have married as a virgin. Yes, our father might have been stubborn to his own parents.

But will they admit it? If they take a lie detector test will the family still stand?

How many African parents can actually pass a lie detector test?
