Getting enough rest is part of a healthy lifestyle but nowadays people tend to skip sleep either for pleasure or serious business. The following are some, not all of the reasons why some people sleep late

#1 – Some people sleep late to READ. Yeah. Till Day Break (TDB) is common among tertiary students who stay awake to read either to know or pass exams. Teachers and other professional persons also take advantage of the quietness of the night hours to read.
#2 – Some sleep late PLAYING GAMES. Playing games nowadays has become an addiction which if not curtail can take away resting hours. Some people are so addicted to games that they play almost all through the night.
#3 – Some sleep late watching MOVIES. Like games, watching movies can be an addiction and also time consuming, especially seasonal movies. Most youths don’t sleep until late in the night to watch latest movies which invariably cut down their sleeping hours.

#4 Chatting – some stay awake for hours chatting on social media.
