We can't get that with the crops of legislators at hand now, the first step is to discourage money politics by cutting their salaries to level 10(lower) level 12(sanate) no allowance whatsoever, 3 sittings in a week, with this, u will only see egg heads in legislative chambers. Then we can now talk of new constitution.

The change in constitution is long over due but I really don't know why our lawmakers have not debated about it.. That one on its own is a long process.

As for boycotting, are the leaders ready to talk about change in constitution? What are they boycotting when they are benefiting from the unworkable constitution
