Mistakenly transferred 74,000 to a company gtb account number that was added to my list of beneficiaries on my mobile app since 2016....I have actually done a few transactions with this company. I called them, they didn't deny receiving the money but all efforts to get them to return the money has proved abortive I have contacted the bank severally to no avail and the worst part I transferred from gtb to gtb. It was a mistake and Kenneth Price Nigeria should return my money. What is not yours is not yours #kennethpriceng

I don't think there is anything the bank can do in this instance without a court order.

By the way have you actually spoken directly with the owner of the company and provided proof that you were the one who made the transfer?

Since you say you have actually done business with them before...were you owing them for services rendered?

Not at all. I've spoken with them I even told them then I'll report to EFCC and they said their office is opposite their HQ.They just don't want to refund the money

Come I just noticed that this transfer was done since 25 November 2016...why did you wait for almost 5 years before making a case for a refund?
