I thought that Buhari govt had implemented treasury single account for all govt collecting agencies. If I want to pay for CAC, I must pay thru their TSA account. Why NPA, 3rd largest revenue collecting agent for Nigeria govt doesn't have TSA. Why were NPA staff or their mgt accept cash instead paying into TSA. These are questions to ask Buhari, finance minister, transport minister (Amaechi) and NPA leadership. |
