houseontherock: You need to tell this to the police who have imprisoned countless number of youths for bailable offences. You want to voice out against abuse of human right, match to kirikiri or ikoyi prison pls.. 3 Likes 1 Share |

houseontherock: It is true, even the Police issued a Communique saying that his offense was Bailable but when Princess (who is just a scorned lover out for Vengeance) and Iyabo ojo and other Feminist stormed Panti and said they would kill him if they Police should grant him bail (which in itself is an offense and they should be charged for threat to Life), the Police bowed to such Pressure and kept him locked up. That is an abuse of his Rights to Freedom, he is innocent under the law, until trialed in a law Court and convicted. It is very sad that our Police are so unprofessional, it should be the Court that decides whether a man should be incarcerated or not, not some crazy, jilted old women. It is even sad to see some SIMPS of Men, supporting this nonsense. Since Women wants to turn this to a "gender-fight", men should also mobilise and ensure his rights are respected 5 Likes |

SEGLIZ: I disagree with you on all fronts... That someone really bleeped-up does not mean everyone should abandon him and suspend the rule of law of entire country and also neglect his fundamental human rights because some people felt offended at him and want him punished beyond the measure of his sin.... igbosoupkitchen: Read what you wrote and see if you are communicating intelligently. Yes, the Police have detained lot of Youths for bailable offense, that is wrong yesterday, today and it will be wrong tomorrow. But in your warped thinking, because the Police are doing something wrong, they MUST do it to this Baba Ijesha too, just because the Accuser is female, right? You should take every opportunity to change the bad behaviour of the Police, not condone the wrong they are doing Some of you really deserve a Buhari, for a President because your reasoning capacity is so poor. 3 Likes 1 Share |

SEGLIZ:Hahaha... You think he's not smart? Let the police and state public prosecution council move the case first. The police have already violated his constitutional right for bail and granting of bail for bailable offense. He's not supposed to stay in police detention for more than 24-48 hours without bail or been charged to court. 1 Like |

Zenithpeak: he should head for the court seek injunction for the release of the man if at all it is a bailable offence, of which I doubt the claim of the police that has done reversal. the police caused this whole confusion soon as their palm was greased. they should present sections of the penal code or criminal code that made it bailable offence. I doubt our constitution addressing this issue or addressed it at all as result of child marriage still going on in some part of the country. 2 Likes |

I don’t think people should be held without bail. So he’s not wrong in that aspect. What they need to do is expedite the process and come to a verdict soon 1 Like |
