Benue State social media influencer, Ukan Kurugh has petitioned the Chief of Army Staff over the rising cases of human rights abuse perpetrated by men of the Nigerian army on Makurdi residents. The petitioner cited examples of manhandling of a medical Doctor working with the Benue State University Teaching Hospital Makurdi, calling on the COAS to take immediate measures to avert the impending anarchy in Benue State.
