Yankee no be naija, they could have arrested him at home or anywhere else, but because they knew his movements they waited until he got to the airport. Which means he is a flight risk and no bail application should be granted. Many more arrest loading and you will be surprised at the peopl who will soon be apprehended.

The guy is one of Tinubu's boys. It was learnt that he( tinubu) personally recommended him for Dapo Abiodun against his wish
See someone who wants to become Nigerian president? I strongly oppose his candidacy as a yoruba man. There are much better personalities in Yorubaland than this bad element.

Even if Yoruba wants to have a President, what happened to Yemi Osibanjo? Raji Fashola, Akinwumi Adesina? Fela Durotoye, Olu Agunloye, Omoyele Sowore? Is Tinubu as eloquent, brilliant and pragmatic as the individuals mentioned above? Why do Nigerians love mediocrity? yet they complain of underdevelopment at home and battered national image abroad?

Does that shock you? When the same Ogun governor could only find a BBN winner, Laycon, as a worthy ambassador with huge financial benefit and personal building as rewards.

We can all imagine who are calling the shots in Nigeria and our states.

I laugh when I hear Nigerians say it is the government policies and economic hardship that leads people to cybercrime.

The question is, what is a Governors aide doing with cyber crime?? He earns a very very good income. He travels for vacation whenever he wants to, he also wants to contest for office, he has connections, he has several routes to make money.

Yet he went into cyber crime.

Greed is the cause of Cyber crime not economic hardship. Go to the U.S and U.K, and see Nigerians who went through hell to get to the U.S/U.K, rathar than take a job, they are into cyber crime. They want to use ferrari.... ill gotten wealth that they cant account for. It is quite sad.

Greedy Mofos. Lock that niqqa up.

It is well known that extradition from Nigeria to the United States is difficult under the best of circumstances. That will be exacerbated in this case because of the strong political connections that earned Rufai a governmental appointment.”

The drug Baron comes to mind, little wonder he doesn't travel to the USA

Abioooooo! Won po rępętęęę. Unfortunately, we've not gotten it right in terms of leadership since independence and that's the reason for agitation here and there and there level of decadence in governance. All we had was a bunch of criminals in the helms of affairs. The likes of Governor Dapo Abiodun's aides arrested for fraud in the USA recently are those we've been having as leaders since independence, so sad! We never had futuristic leaders. Imagine the ministry of agriculture building 30m naira worth of mosque for displaced herders...as if those who did so would be guaranteed heaven...as if the mosque would generate employment or eradicate poverty. You cannot mock God. He's not a man. We put religion on top of our head yet, Nigeria is among the most corrupt nations on earth. Religion and Ethnicity are killing Nigeria in our very eyes but our leaders are busy looking the other way.

The US is being unfair and dictatorial. We have no concrete evidence of wrong doing by Honourable Abidemi Rufia, he is just a victim of a withchunt.

First they will go for him, then slap our ministers with restrictions in an attempt to undermine our democracy and finally they may go for our President.

This can not be allowed to happen and I call for the immediate and unconditional release of Honourable Abidemi Rufia immediately.

I think he has been doing this internet fraud before he was appointed. Who knows he might be part of those who use his money to sponsor the governor, which later earn him the political appointment. He can't quit yahoo yahoo because of his greediness.
Most of people in high place of authority are codedly doing this yahoo of a thing.
Have we forgotten Otunba cashy etc.... A lot are still in town that are not yet detected
