If you check most of our barracks well , it will be full of stolen vehicles ,because nobody can go into the barracks to look for stolen vehicles. Moreover who fit storp and search a soldier driving a stolen vehicle . The security tracking device is the one to thank in this case .If not he would have change the plate number and be cruising around town with the car with influence of being a soldier.
